Summary

This tool collects no personal data from anyone. It has one user, sends to one address, stores nothing about anybody, and shares nothing with any third party.

Who runs it

A single obstetrics and gynaecology practitioner, for their own continuing education. It is a private tool, not a public service, and has no other users.

What Google data is used

The tool requests one Google permission, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send, described by Google as "send email on your behalf".

What is stored, and where

A Google authorisation token is stored in a private configuration file on the owner's own computer, readable only by that user account. It never leaves that machine and is never transmitted anywhere except to Google, to authorise sending.

The generated newsletters and their source articles are kept locally on the same machine. No database, no server, no cloud service, no analytics.

What is shared

Nothing. No data is sold, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third party, for any purpose, including advertising, analytics, or model training.

This tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and removal

Access can be withdrawn at any time by the account owner at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently stops the tool from sending. Deleting the local configuration file erases the stored token.
